Complete disappointment of service

I started this account knowing that my my funds and or personal information would be safe and secure person information was safe and secure but there has been nothing but utter *** and headache from the customer service there is no number for me to get in contact with anybody or no one to help me with my what I want or what I need. When I went to call for to fix one problem Ive got 10 more in return they were rude Ive cussed Ive carried on and its done nothing but giving me more of a headache now I cant even get into my account I have no account number I dont know how much is in my account I cant check it I have no card I have no nothing it is taking my livelihood its taking everything from me and I would suggest anybody who would ever think about having this bank not its *** and *** and dont even User's recommendation: Don’t consider this bank

OH... but they have a PAYMENT security department!!!

Did you know that Premier Card has a security department? On the 24th of January, I paid off my credit card. They didn't like the payment I sent them. THAT'S RIGHT! The payment was made from a checking account with my maiden name on it! Since when do credit card companies care where they get their payments. Anyway, they are holding my money and launching an investigation! Needless to say the credit report that they initially ran had every and all names I've ever used on it and the same SSN as the one on the checking account that my bank verified with them!! But because the check has my maiden name on it - they won't honor it. GIVE ME A BREAK! Funny thing - they wouldn't return the funds to the checking account either. I was advised to make a stop payment with my bank (or wait until their ten day investigation is over). Hmmmm.... why don't all you kind folks send me $150 check and I'll cash your check, launch an investigation and MAYBE in 10 days you'll get your money back. If enough of you send me checks the interest drawn over 10 days should make for a nice vacation, if I even bother to send your money back! I AM SUCH A SUCKER.... stay away from this COMPANY! Did I mention I also have another account with them and so does my husband? DUHHHHH... Luckily they are paid off!
